Delete Your Account & Data
offhand doesn't have accounts. There's no sign-up, no login, and no server-side profile tied to you — so there's nothing to “delete” in the usual sense. This page explains what that means in practice and how to get rid of the small amount of data described in our Privacy Policy.
There's no account to begin with
You never created an offhand account, because the app doesn't have them. Everything it needs to function — your app list, usage limits, unlock schedule, and pause settings — lives only on your device.
Removing your on-device data
Uninstalling offhand deletes all of this immediately. There's no separate step, no waiting period, and nothing left behind on our servers, because none of it was ever sent to a server in the first place.
The little we do hold — and how to remove it
As described in our Privacy Policy, we may hold a purchase confirmation from Apple or Google, an occasional crash report, or whatever you've included in a support email. None of this is tied to an account, but if you'd like it removed, write to us and we'll delete it.
How to request deletion
Email support@offhand.app with the subject “Delete my data,” and the email address associated with your purchase, if you have one. We'll confirm what we found and remove it — there's usually very little to find.
How long it takes
We aim to complete any deletion request within 30 days and will confirm by email once it's done.
Canceling a purchase or subscription
Deleting data doesn't cancel a purchase or subscription — those are managed entirely by Apple or Google. Cancel or request a refund directly through your App Store or Play Store account settings.
